Message	most of the time I have not been sucessfull trying to force something out. I tried the method shown in the FSM and the hub did not budge. I know it is hardened steel where the lock nut threads onto it, however, I don't want to risk mushrooming the stud or damaging the threads. I'll look for the FWD kit from harbor freight. For now I just want the hub out so I can see what else I am dealing with when I get to the bearing. Luckily i've done some bearing installations where I had to use liquid nitrogen for shrink fit so I'll still the bearing in the freezer overnight to get it easer to press in. Thanks for the tips.
